India’s Passenger Aircraft Fleet Will Double To 1,100 By 2027: Study

Mumbai: International aircraft leasing company Avolon has forecasted that Indias current passenger jet fleet will double to almost 1,100 by 2027.

According to the company’s white paper “India, a 21st Century Powerhouse”, the total value of aircraft to be delivered over the coming ten years in India, at the current list prices, is projected to be $60 billion.
