Qatar on Monday announced that it would leave the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) from the start of the new year and concentrate on developing and raising its natural gas output to 110 million tonnes from 77 million tonnes a year. Odisha police has succeeded to arrest one Bodhisatwa Bhattacharya from Bhubaneswar who had allegedly robbed at the residence of Bengali actress Rituparna Sengupta of cash and valuables. The accused had lodged himself in a city hotel in Bhubaneswar who had also tried to blackmail Sengupta for further cash to return the valuables. He will be produced before the court and will be taken on remand, say the police sources.
