Air India decides to ban use of plastic in its flights from Oct 2

Air India has decided to ban use of plastic in Alliance Air and Air India Express from October 2. It was informed by Chairman and Managing Director of Air India Ashwani Lohani during a workshop of Civil Aviation Correspondents here on Thursday. Instead of Plastic tea cups, there will be sturdy paper cups and instead of plastic tumblers, there will be paper tumblers.
